In principle, all businesses in the districts should be registered in the records of the local government. Business owners can register their businesses (one business at a time) online and to so do, the owner should follow the below procedure.
How to apply for Business Licensing
They include:
- Login or register an account as an applicant
- From your dashboard select new business registration. Fill out the application form and submit it. The technical officers at the district will review the application.
- After approval, an invoice will be generated and a notification for payment shall be sent via SMS or email. Open the invoice from your dashboard and select Pay Now.
- Upon successful payment, the application will proceed to the Director of Trade for approval/revert.
- Download and print your business registration certificate.
