Hargeisa City Management Team

The management team comprises the Mayor, Deputy Mayor, Executive Secretary, and department directors. Weekly staff meetings are held to review achievements, address challenges, and coordinate activities.

Executive Secretary

The Executive Secretary, appointed by the Ministry of Interior Affairs, manages day-to-day operations and coordinates with department directors. Major issues are escalated to the Mayor or the Executive Secretary for resolution.
